Where is my order?Updated a year ago

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, please use that tracking number to monitor the status of your package directly on the shipper's website. Please note if you have ordered a pre-order product, your order as a whole will be sent once your pre-order arrives in stock.


Once it's shipped, it's out of our hands, and the shipper's tracking information will provide you with the most up-to-date details on its whereabouts.


If your package has taken longer than our shipping estimates on our shipping page here, contact us with your order number and we can follow it up with the carrier for you. 


Please understand that if your package still falls within the shipping estimates, we cannot follow up with carrier as they only entertain enquiries on packages that have already exceeded their set shipping estimates.
